Shipping and Delivery

We will only be shipping within Australia.

*During SALE periods, please allow for extended delivery times.

Delivery within Australia

Orders must be placed before 11am on the day for the below delivery times to apply. All Sameday deliveries need to have someone available to accept the order, we do not leave parcels unattended.

Express delivery is now complimentary for all orders over AUD200 delivered within Australia.

*Delivery times are based on Metro area, allow for an extra 1–2 business days for regional areas and Western Australia.

Duties & Taxes
International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. My Chameleon has no control over processing times or duty rates by customs in each country. 

Shipping Restrictions
My Chameleon is unable to deliver internationally to PO boxes or postal forwarding companies, and certain items are not available for international delivery.  

BEAUTY RESTRICTIONS Due to transport restrictions, we are unable to ship all liquid products, pressurised & flammable items by air at this time. As a result, orders containing fragrance, nail and aerosol products must be delivered via our standard shipping option.

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from My Chameleon, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your purchase refund.

Any claim for shortage in supply or damage to the items ordered must be notified to My Chameleon within 5 days of receiving the goods. Claims after this period cannot be accepted.
