Creative director Stephane Park launched Aesther Ekme in Copenhagen in 2016, taking its name from Crimean Tatar language describing a traditional shoulder bag. Using the highest quality leathers, the brand aims to elevate classic shapes by editing out commonly used trimmings and hardware in favour of a restrained and understated alternative to bags and accessories that do not overwhelm their wearer. |
