This Website is owned and operated by company Chameleon Projects Pty Ltd (ABN 20 153 181 321), trading as My Chameleon - mychameleon.com.au. As of the 1st of December 2023 My Chameleon will stop trading to take a break, up to this date the below terms are in place. For this reason, all orders place in Novmeber are final sale.

In general by using the www.mychameleon.com.au (‘My Chameleon’, ‘our’, ‘we’) website (‘site’), you (‘your’, ‘customer’) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of use and also to the provisions of our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, PRE-ORDER and order policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy.

All promotions on our website are subject to a limited time period and stock level - each promotion is deemed to be over by whichever finishes first. Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher. There are no price adjustments on orders made prior to the launch of a promotion or sale. Some promotions result in the sale being final and therefore non-returnable. Please check the terms and conditions of the promotion, or contact us prior to purchase.

My Chameleon reserves the right at any time and without notice, to alter, remove or add to this website, including these terms and conditions of use.

Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information. When providing payment details, customers must warrant that the payment details provided are theirs and are both valid and correct. Purchases made are for personal use only and must not be resold or used for commercial benefit.

Promotional Sales

Terms of 'FINAL50' promotion - all purchases cannot be returned.  

Duties & Taxes

International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. My Chameleon has no control over processing times or duty rates by customs in each country.

Price Adjustment Policy

For products purchased at full price that are subsequently discounted within 2 days of the purchase we do offer a price adjustment. The price difference will be applied to your account in the form of store credit. Items originally on sale or made with special promotions do not qualify for price adjustments. There are no price adjustments on orders made prior to the launch of a promotion or sale.

Price Match

Should you find the exact same product available in the same size and at a lower price, My Chameleon will match the price (accounting for exchange rates and relevant shipping costs). We only price-match on full-priced items, please contact us at contact@mychameleon.com.au for any price-match enquiries including the item, size and store found.

Gift Cards

You can send an e-card direct to the receiver or to your email to print. Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on the My Chameleon site, and apply as a payment method at checkout. Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Gift Cards can be used in conjunction with other promotional offers unless stated in conditions. If you purchase items using a Gift Card and wish to return these your refund will be returned to the original gift card. The purchase of a Gift Card cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Credit Notes

Credit notes are valid for 1 year from date of issue.

Colour Display

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on mychameleon.com.au. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
