What is the discount code ?
The code to use at checkout is 'FINAL50'.
Can I make a Return ?
All sales are final and non-returnable.
When does the Sale end ?

Can I use a store credit with the sale ?
Yes, however our checkout process does not accommodate two discount codes so please purchase using the discount code and put your credit code into the notes during checkout. Contact us at sales@mychameleon.com.au if you require assistance.
Update on My Chameleon as of 1st October 2023
My Chameleon is closing ?
My Chameleon will go into hiatus as of the 1st of December 2023 after 14 years of operation. This is a decision made by our Founder as good things too can come to an end. It is time for a pause, refresh and for some space.
What do I do if I have a credit note ?
You will have the next two months to use your credit note. If you need assistance do not hesitate to contact us on contact@mychameleon.com.au
How do the sales work?
We will be having storewide sales over the next two months, you will be able to return full priced items that are discounted with a promo code however items already on sale that receive an additional discount will be final sale. Note that in the last month (November) all purchases will be final sale.
Account
Do I need to make an account in order to make a purchase?
No, you can simply check out via PayPal Express or as a guest and if you decide to create an account at the end of your purchase then you have the option to add in a password, which opens your account. We suggest creating an account so that you can track your orders and also manage your store credit.
How can I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password and need to reset, go to the SIGN IN page by clicking on the top right and on ‘forgotten password’, then follow the prompts. An email will be sent to you with a new password. Alternatively, if you wish to change your password, SIGN IN to your account and select from the right toolbar to update your password.

What browser is best for shopping on MC?
We recommend using the Chrome browser for optimum website viewing and functionality.
What payment methods do you accept?
My Chameleon accepts payment via PayPal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard & Afterpay.
Shop now, enjoy now, and pay later with Afterpay - pay in four equal installments, interest-free - limit now increased to $2000. Available to UK, US, Canada, Europe, NZ and AUS orders.

Can I change my shipping address once I place an order
Once an order is placed we are unable to change the shipping address. Please make sure your address is correct upon checkout.
Do you have a physical store and can I pick up my order?
We are an online only store and do not offer click and collect
How will my order be packaged?
Your items will arrive beautifully wrapped and protected. Either select signature packaging or Eco packaging during the checkout process. With both options we use minimal plastic. As a company we have a zero plastic policy which means we utilise recyclable, reusable or biodegradable packaging products. We aim to minimise our waste and the flow-on effects to your household.
Does My Chameleon ever price-match?
Should you find the same product available in the same size and at a lower price, My Chameleon will match the price (accounting for the exchange rate and shipping cost). We only price-match on full-priced items, please contact us at contact@mychameleon.com.au for any price-match enquiries.
How do I redeem my store credit?
My Chameleon store credit is issued via a unique code attributed to your email address. When you make another purchase you have the option to input this code at checkout after the shipping page. The value will be deducted from your total order value.
How do I buy a gift card?
Gift Cards can be purchased at www.mychameleon.com.au. Gift Cards are available in AUD$ only and expire 3 years from the date of purchase. Choose to have the voucher emailed directly to the receiver as an e-card or have it sent to yourself.

Returns
How do I return or exchange an order?
To request a return , you can process this online via our Return Portal. Returns can be requested up to 14 days after you receive the items. A flat rate shipping charge of $10 is applied to your refund or credit note.
Can I return an item purchased on Sale?
Items on Sale can be returned for store credit only, we do not provide refunds for items purchased on Sale, marked-down, or at a discounted price from that of its original price.
Am I able to return the item purchased using the 15% off Welcome code?
Yes. The usual Returns policy applies and treated like a full priced item.
The item I want to purchase is marked as 'Final Sale'. Can this be returned or exchanged?
Final Sale items cannot be returned. These items are marked as such in the product description or as part of a special promotional.
How do I return or exchange a gift?
We offer size exchanges or store credit for gift returns. Please contact us with information you may have on the original order.
Shipping
Do you offer Same Day delivery?
Yes we offer same-day delivery within Sydney up to 40km from our warehouse. Your order must be processed before 11am to receive on the day. The delivery charge will be calculated based on your postcode provided at checkout. Cost ranges from $15-$40.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. Shipping is free for orders over AUD200 within Australia and AUD500 outside of Australia.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We currently offer two tiers of shipping, Australia Post which has limited tracking and DHL express with full tracking.
When will my purchase be shipped?
Domestic orders made before 11am AEST are dispatched that day. International orders are processed within 24 hours.
*During any Sale periods delivery times may be extended. This applies to all item purchases unless Same Day Delivery is selected at checkout.
