The below Returns policy only applies to orders made prior to the 1st of November.

Our aim is for you to enjoy and retain the pieces you purchase for years to come. If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s), My Chameleon will provide either a refund or credit note for returns requested within 14 days (from delivery date of your order).

My Chameleon offer a refund or credit note on full-priced items while items on sale can be returned for a credit note only and final sale item(s) cannot be returned (as per promotional terms and conditions).

We do not accept returns on gift cards, underwear, beauty products, fragrances, candles, magazines or artworks from the Gallery.

How to lodge a Return online

Our returns process is made easy with our online returns portal.

To lodge a return request, please click here and follow the steps below.

  1. Enter your order number and email address

  2. Select from the applicable options shown
    Option 1. Return for a full refund to the original payment method minus return shipping cost flat rate of $10.
    Option 2. Return for a credit note for the full value of the purchased items and receive free return shipping. Credit notes are valid for 1 years.
  1. Your return is approved once you receive you RA number. This is to be noted on the returns form provided and included inside the package.

  2. Print out the shipping label provided and simply drop off at your nearest Australia Post office within 5 days of receiving your label.

Please note we encourage use of our return shipping label as My Chameleon will not be liable for items lost in transit if you choose to use your own shipping method.

International customers are required to arrange for the return shipping of their items. We require the item(s) to be returned within 9 business days of receiving your RA#. Please ship via a traceable method and provide us with the tracking details. Ensure you mark the package as a ‘return’ on the shipping label to avoid any additional custom charges.

Once your return has been received and checked, allow for 5 business days, your refund will be processed, less shipping costs. If you have elected to return for a credit note, return shipping is complimentary. If you have used a gift voucher to make your purchase, you will be issued a new voucher redeemable online at My Chameleon. For split payment of a gift voucher and credit card/afterpay/paypal, your refund will be in the form of a new gift voucher with any remaining balance refunded to your credit card/afterpay/paypal.

Please ensure all returned items are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unused and with all original tags attached and with associated designer packaging. This includes the protective shield on swimwear, undamaged dust bags and designer boxes, and unmarked shoe soles. Items received soiled or with make-up marks will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

 

Faulty Claims

Each order is meticulously checked by our packing team prior to being dispatched, however in the rare instance you receive items that fail to be of acceptable quality. For faulty items we offer repair, replacement, or full refund. Items are deemed to be faulty, if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. Items that are damaged through wear and tear, accident or misuse are not considered to be faulty.

Claims for items purchased three months or more prior are considered outside the faulty claims period and will be processed at My Chameleons discretion.

Please contact us immediately providing imagery of the issue, and the order number to sales@mychameleon.com.au. Our team will then review the information and return with a resolution.

My Chameleon reserves the right to reject returns at our own discretion. In the instance where your item is not accepted, it will be returned to you.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

While My Chameleon offers a flexible returns policy, frequent returns are closely monitored. Excessive returns by a single customer will be flagged and potentially refused at My Chameleon's discretion.
